Delivery and Return & Refund Policy:

1. Additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote locations in the UAE, depending on the delivery location. Customers should contact our sales representatives for more information on these charges.
2. Our standard delivery time is typically three working days. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause variations in the lead time. Factors such as a high volume of orders, particularly during promotional periods, or unexpected delays during border clearance for international shipments, could slightly extend the delivery time.
3. Cash payment will be collected upon delivery and installation of the equipment, usually on the same day as the delivery.
4. Cash/Card on Delivery is not available for orders that involve the manufacturing of customized equipment.
5. Cash/Card on Delivery is not applicable for remote regions in the UAE.
6. For customers in the United Arab Emirates, you have the option to initiate a return and refund request within 14 days from the date of product delivery, provided the product is still in its original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 2-5 working days after assessing the condition of the returned product.
7. Please note that the return and refund policy does not apply to manufacturing and pre-ordered items.
8. In the case of equipment requiring installation, return requests cannot be processed once the product is delivered and installed at the customer’s premises. However, if any manufacturing defects are detected during the installation process, the faulty part will be repaired free of charge, or the entire machine will be replaced as a final resolution. Refunds will be initiated within 2-5 working days after assessing the condition of the returned product.
